Create A Team Profile

Hello Team Officials.

To register for any of the events we are cohosting each team needs to create a seperate Team Profile.

**Due to all of last years profile currently still in our system and if you are creating a NEW TEAM PROFILE for the very FIRST TIME please follow these instructions below.

In the SECTION requesting your ASSOCIATION NAME:

Please type in your actual Association Name (followed by) 2009. This will immediately identify in our system a brand new Team Profile has been created.

ALL HOUSE TEAMS: Please type in your actual Association Name (followed by HEAD COACHS SURNAME & 2009. Example; Sportacular Event PARKINSON 2009

This will immediately identify in our system a brand new Team Profile has been created.

YOU may also notice that we have NOT changed the BIRTH YEARS for the divisions. We apologize for this inconvenience....as an Example: If you are an ATOM aged team be sure to Select ATOM and your level of play and disregard the posted ages.

Please complete the TEAM PROFILE Form below, and once completed make sure you PRESS the SUBMIT TEAM PROFILE NOW button.

When filling in your information it is okay to use the same contact information for all contacts UNTIL you obtain all the CORRECT INFO just so you can get this started and submitted. We do ask that as many of the events are hosted on Long Weekends that you use your HOME EMAIL ACCT as the MAIN CONTACT to ensure you are getting our updates. Many prefer their work email accts if they have access from their home if available.

Once you hit the SUBMIT TEAM PROFILE NOW This will submit and activate your TEAM PROFILE directly to our offices and into our teams database.

Once you have submitted your TEAM PROFILE, an automated email will be sent to you and any and all all email addresses you've entered with instructions for logging into the website. Once you've logged in, you'll be able to register for events, load your other team contacts, as well as your player roster. You will also be able to add to, update and change the information you've entered.

This TEAM PROFILE allows you to make changes whenever you have the time to do so. It is a self administering process and please NOTE the only area you will not be able to make changes to are the: DIVISION AND LEVEL which you select. In order to make any changes you are required to contact our office so we can verify your info. Please contact us at info@sportacularevent.com if this arises.
