Coach & Manager Final Information
This is just a reminder that every team coach or manager needs to check into
the tournament hq rink, RMU Island Sports Center either prior to their first
game or immediately following your first game. Headquarters will be open
starting Friday morning at 6:45 a.m. Just enter the front doors and follow
the yellow signs to headquarters.
Please remember to check the website for FINAL schedules as there were a few
minor changes with the game times.
One important note: For EVERY game, each team needs to provide a parent in
their team's penalty box to open the door for the departing player. It is
up to the coach or manager to assign a parent to the penalty box. Please
take care of this in advance as otherwise this will cause a delay in the
start of the game.
As a reminder, every team must follow their governing body's (ie. owha or
usa hockey) for equipment rules. US teams must wear mouthguards and OWHA
teams must wear neckguards. The refs will enforce these rules and equipment
penalties will be assessed.
