Parents Final Camp Information Update

Hello Campers.
Well if you were not aware your instructors for this weeks camp:
Vicky Sunohara , Jayna Hefford and Gillian Ferrari are all currently at the 2005 Esso Women's Nationals these past few days out in Sarnia Ontario.
TSN WILL TELEVISE THE CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL SUNDAY AT THE 2005 ESSO WOMEN’S NATIONAL IN SARNIA, ON
TSN and the 2005 Esso Women’s National Championship are proud to be able to televise both semi-finals for this year’s tournament, which will be a first for any domestic Canadian Championship.

The Championship game will be televised on TSN Sunday, March 13, game time is 3:00pm ET

Dear Campers,
Well with camp only a couple of days away we are all very excited and really looking forward to meeting everyone.
We do need to make sure you are well aware of the following:
PARENTS MEETING:
Tuesday just before the girls go to their dryland training session
Parents will meet with me for approx 5 mins of your time - Q& A will take place as well copies of the Itinerary will be handed out at this time as well.
SKATE LACERS TIGHTENERS & EQUIPMENT HELPERS
Sorry No Dads inside the Dressing Rooms
However- There will be numerous players requiring assistance with all sorts of items
All players are asked to come out side the change rooms where there is plenty of available bench space to help pull down jerseys, tie skates and get those helmet snaps done up.
Parents please feel free to help do up the numerous pairs of skates that will need to be tightened especially in the event someone's parent is not available.
We want the girls ready to go when the zamboni finishes the ice.
Our Goalie Instructor - Lisa - will help assist your daughters to get ready for their on ice session.
DRESSING ROOMS - PEANUT ALLERGY ALERT & SNACKS:
We have A PEANUT ALLERGY ADVISORY in EFFECT
Parents are responsible for supplying snacks and drinks for their daughters each day.
Please refrain from eating in the dressing rooms at ALL times.
Please ensure any snacks etc are eaten just outside our dressing room allocations or in the vestibule area.
Please ensure your daughter has juice boxes, snacks for before they go on the ice as well when we take a mini break between ice flooding ( approx 10 mins).
Please ensure NO GLASS Items are brought into the Dressing Room.
Feel free to bring a cooler bag for all your snacking needs and leave in the dressing room.
We will be able to drop off our hockey bags into the dressing rooms each day and leave them until our on ice sessions.
Once completed your off ice sessions EQUIPMENT must be removed immediately as other rentals will be in following our sessions.

PLEASE BRING TO CAMP THE FOLLOWING:
Sharp Skates & Strong Laces.
Please Check that ALL HELMET SCREWS are tight and that ALL straps & Snaps are in good condition and tight as well.
Please a piece of WHITE HOCKEY TAPE on the front section of your helmet so the instructors can respectfully address you when needed.
Full bag of Equipment including a BNQ Neck guard.
Water Bottle with your Name on It.
Dark or Light Jersey where possible a Black - Red or White.
Warm-up Suit & running shoes for off ice sessions.
Road Hockey Stick - May be used is Outside Weather conditions are available for an off ice session.
Parents / Coaches - feel free to bring a video camera to tape the sessions and for sure the Thursday Inter Squad Game!
VALUABLES & JEWELLERY POLICY:
Valuable -Bring NONE - Loose NONE!
Jewellery - Wear NONE - Loose NONE!
We are not responsible for your Valuables so please refrain from bringing any.
If you need someone to hold your daughters money - please ensure it is in a wallet and can be held with Gary Parkinson each day.
FULLY AUTOGRAPHED TEAM CANADA JERSEY DRAW & TICKETS
We will be having a Draw for a Team Canada Jersey fully autographed by all the Team Canada Players.
As well in the Draw is some other very COOL Team Canada Related Items!

DRAW will take place on THURSDAY MARCH 17th @ 1:00pm when the Ice Flooding is taking place!
Hey that's St. Patrick's Day as well, so make sure you bring your lucky four leaf clover!

TEAM PHOTOS TUESDAY SESSION
Each player will receive a "SKATE WITH TEAM CANADA" Groups Photo.
This will be discussed first thing on Tuesday morning.

Lori from Chix With Stix will be onsight Wednesday only starting at 10am.
Her clothing prices range from $15 - 38 offering t-shirts, hoodies, pants, bandana's.

We will have the above available at all times over the 3 days.
